The first-ever agricultural budget in the history of Andhra Pradesh was built by the Minister of Agriculture Pathipati pulla Rao in the legislature. The total budget for agriculture is worth 13,108 crores, which is planned spending 6735 crore, while unplanned expenditures 6.3735 billion rupees.

Quantity Rs.5,000 Czech Republic has been earmarked for the abandonment of land about Rs.212 cr loan was granted a concession for the supply of seed.
Rs.30 cr was awarded for YSR Horticultural University of Central funds.

Rs.112 cr has been earmarked for Sri Venkateswara College of Veterinary Medicine.

Rs. 60 cr has been earmarked for the fisheries sector.
Rs. 192 cr for N.G.Ranga Agricultural University
The amount of Rs. 59 cr has been allocated for oil seeds and oil of agricultural machinery.
The amount of Rs. 122 cr has been approved by the silk industry.
Veterinary department receives the amount of Rs.723 country.
Cooperation department receives the amount of Rs.156 country.
Agricultural Loans Up to Rs. 3 lakhs with Pavala VÄDD.
The amount has been allocated Rs.230 CR Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana scheme.
Minister of Agriculture Pulla Rao told the assembly that despite being in severe financial crisis, the government is committed to loan obligation for farmers. He said 5,000 crore has been allocated to it in the budget and the government is looking at various ways to accommodate the remaining funds. Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma puts in the same Council.
