Telangana Chief Minister KCR is speaking as though he is warning or threatening people. He demanding that everything should be done equally to both the states. He stated that if special subsidies are given to one state and are not given to the other state then there will incur losses.

When something is provided to Andhra then it should also be provided to Telangana also and vice versa otherwise one of them will incur losses and this will lead to an imbalance because of which mahem will be caused. We have to discuss whether exemption should be given to Andhra which is in a Deficit or to Telangana which has surplus budget. We will just pray that only good will come out of the discussions.
