The state division Bill was introduced in the parliament on 13^th February in the center and the discussions will take place on 19^th February and immediately will follow by voting. The vote on bill will be introduced on the 17^th and the remaining pending bills will be introduced on the 18^th and later the Telangana bill will be introduced on the 19^th of February. The parliament sessions will end on the 21^st of February.  The bill will be introduced 2 days before the last date and the center are trying that the bill be passed without voting. If by any reason the Telanaga Bill is stopped then the Congress has already plans of blaming the BJP.
