Famous cricketer V.V.S. Laxman’s bank account was hacked. A hacker hacked into his email account and operated his bank account and robbed him of 10 lakhs.

A person named Ijatul Sheik was caught by the Salt Lake Police regarding this case. Laxman the mentor of IPL team Sun Risers called the Cyberabad Police and complained that an amount of Rs 10 lakhs has been drawn from his account without his knowledge and that he got a sms after the amount has been withdrawn.

He said that somebody might have hacked his email id and did the transaction.

Ijatul Sheik a hacker hacked Laxman’s account, sent an email to the bank saying that the amount has to be transferred into another bank account in Calcutta.

The bank officials did as they were asked to. A police team went to Calcutta to get the culprit to Hyderabad for investigation.
