Subbiramireddy has announced a lot of times that he will be contesting from the Vishakapatnam constituency, he also a fight with minister Purandareshwari’s husband regarding this matter.

But now we hear that he has backed down. After the division of the state he thinks that if he contests for the Congress party then he won’t even get the deposits, so he is asking the party high command for a Rajya Sabha seat.
