Cyberabad Police Commissioner CV Anand announced that New Year celebrations will be allowed between 20:00 on December 31 to 1 am on January 1.

Other restrictions include ...

i) DJs have to ask permission from the police.

ii) separate baracks be established for women to participate in the celebrations.

iii) Persons with firearms willn't be allowed to participate in the celebrations.

iv) All overflight and Outer Ring Road will be closed from 11 pm on December 31 to 5 am on January 1.
