To trace the details of its creation program - education free from KG to PG, K Chandrasekhar Rao Chief Minister convene a round table conference with experts in education soon.
In a meeting at the Secretariat here on Monday KCR said he would hold the round table and seek the views of SERT, SCERT teachers, academics and other experts. The government also sent an official to various universities and foreign countries team to study best practices in education.
"The education system in Telangana must evolve so that should enhance the professional skills of students and also compete internationally," said CM. The meeting also discussed topics such as introduction of Middle English, the age at which students can be admitted to shelters, if the existing number of students are suitable for imparting education.
In the initial year of KG to PG, a residential school will be established in each ward and after checking its operation, the number of schools will increase in subsequent years, KCR said.
