The naming and logo Lepakshi Handlooms in Telangana is likely to change in the coming days.

According to Article 9 of the AP Reorganization Act, Lepakshi should also divided between the two states of AP and Telangana and the latter is all set to rename Lepakshi to some other name that reflects the culture of the state of Telangana. Lepakshi is named after the historic city of Lepakshi in Anantapur district in AP.

AP Handicrafts Corporation (Lepakshi) accept changes that suggest about the new name and logo of the corporation since December 5-13.
