Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today launched a plan for government employees under which health cards will be issued to them for cashless treatment in hospitals, covering 22 lakh employees and their families.
"We will protect your health and create a happy working environment. All of you should look after the welfare of the people," said the Prime Minister, the launch of the health plan for government employees here.
On occasion, Naidu also distributes ex gratia of Rs 5 lakh each to the Relief Fund CM relatives of the 17 government employees who died during the turmoil of the US State last year.
Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas, AIA Chief Secretary Krishna Rao and leaders of various associations of employees and others were present.
