The Apex Court has finally ordered both states to begin the second phase of EAMCET counseling delivering very good news for students who have been waiting for the second phase. He ordered the two states to conduct counseling according to educational standards and rules established by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The court has responded sharply during AP petition seeking second chance at counseling time as the first phase largely failed to take place due to confusion among students due to the bifurcation of the state. During the first phase, around 60,000 seats to 12,000 seats in AP Telangana became vacant due to the ads as "FAST scheme and exclusion of 170 schools by the government of Telangana.
The court ordered to complete counseling until November 14 to submit written statements saying both states to follow the curriculum system 240 days in technical education.
