Hyderabad: clouds began hovering over the vaunted capital overlooking the river Naidu. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh dreamed of making Krishna River area as the perfect place for the capital. But thanks to Hudhud Naidu takes a step back and looks gone to reconsider the way!
Hudhud left cyclone battered North Coastal Andhra, and the loss was in line with more than 70k crore and estimated that the city of Vizag could easily spend more than 5 years to reach current status again.
After witnessing such a massive loss due to Hudhud, AP Government takes a step back in the capital that overlooks the river. In fact, the government has decided to take ideas from the experts before proceeding with the pooling of land and acquisition. With the Bay of Bengal to be prone to frequent cyclones and Krishna no exception for cyclones can not be a good idea to have a river view Capital, at least not in its current form. Naidu is planning to take suggestions from experts in city planning and engineering experts from cities like Amsterdam and Bonn (Germany)!
Authorities are investigating the amount of losses found in and around Krishna. So for now the suspense in Andhra Capital continues.
