Hyderabad: TRS plenary, which was scheduled for October 18 and 19, has been postponed once again. It is now likely to be held later this month.
According to sources, is unlikely to start from October 20 session a month I could kick off in November first week including the budget session of the Assembly.
The decision to postpone the plenary it was taken in view of the upcoming season of Diwali festival, informed party officials TRS. There was also talk that this decision was taken due to the delay in obtaining permission from the authorities in defense of the public meeting at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad.
Initially, the plenary session that was scheduled for October 11 and 12 was postponed for a week due to the prediction of rain in the districts of Telangana due to the cyclone Hudhud. A meeting of delegates was scheduled LB Stadium on October 11, followed by a public meeting at Parade Grounds the next day.
TRS has been organizing party formation day fete regularly on April 27, was not held this year due to the general elections held in April-May. Given TRS forming the first Government in Telangana State president K Chandrasekhar Rao decided to hold a meeting in a large scale and, therefore, this plenary session was planned.
