The dry dock, Hull Shop and prefabrication Hindustan Shipyard were damaged by severe cyclonic storm on Sunday 'Hudhud'. 

The storm also damaged several houses in the colony HSL due to uprooting of trees. Streetlitghts, electric poles, cables and telephone lines were cut in the severe storm, according to a statement Tuesday in Visakhapatnam. However, there was no loss of life. Loss assessment has not yet been done. 

Many vehicles were also damaged and fallen in the way of the exit door Scindia HSL trees obstructed traffic.
