Students Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) 1,010 placements were offered this year, which is the highest in recent times. 

A press release said CBIT offers for lot 2015 were he graduated with Microsoft hiring 10 students with an annual package of Rs. 12 lakh, which is the highest number in the country. The top recruiters for this year include Deloitte, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini among others. 

The Head of placements in CBIT, N.L.N. Reddy said the deals were made across all engineering branches - CSE, IT ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Production, Civil, Chemical and Biotechnology - in equal numbers. Placements will go further as more companies are yet to visit the campus.
