Our client is cited as the first female superstar of Hindi cinema. 2 Our client has come to know that you are directing / producing a Telugu film which was titled above. "Savitri" ("Your Film"). The first look of the film has already caused much controversy and is being perceived as obscene, sordid and vulgar. It has been widely reported that the Commission for Protection of Child Rights has called the State poster for his "vulgar" film and firmly believes that it is a violation of children's rights. Our client has gone even know that you have suddenly changed the title of his film "Savitri" a "Sridevi".

9 In view of the above, as and by way of last opportunity, our client calls you to do the following:
(i) Cease and desist from using the name of our client, singularly and / or any suffix, prefix or another word for film and any other project.
(ii) refrain from using the image, likeness, personality, and other attributes of personality rights of our client for your movie or any other project.
(iii) To provide our customers with a written confirmation about changing the title of his film and the new title for his film.
(iv) Post an unconditional apology to our client in a national newspaper and circulate the new title of his film.
(v) Subject to the right of our client to take appropriate legal action against you, our client reserves its right to claim damages and associated damage to you, as a result of: unauthorized use behalf of our client and violating the personality and publicity rights of our clients.
