New Delhi: BSNL is conducting a large number of special offers for the festive season underway including reduced call rates to the level of video and voice rates while giving full conversation in fill-state recharge. 

Video calling offer, which started from September 20 will be available for 90 days across the country. 

"BSNL mobile customers can enjoy the thrill of video calls on voice call rates during the current holiday season. We have more 3G coverage in the country that provides the best quality of voice and video, "BSNL Board Director (CM) Anupam Shrivastava said. 

The video call rates would be reduced to voice call charges customers only plans, the company said. 

However, the charges of voice calls through special tariff vouchers reduction will not reduce charges even voice calls. 

Said BSNL is offering full talk value on top-from Rs. 100, Rs. 150, Rs. 250 and Rs. 350 extra talk value on top-from Rs. (Talk value Rs. 575) and charge Rs 550. 750 (Rs value talk. 790). 

The state company has also launched a Rs STV data. 231 in which customers will get 1.2 GB free. The STV is valid for 30 days. The data are loaded 2 paisa per 10 KB after the free use is over.
