Ever since occupying the throne as a chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu seems to have shown much interest in releasing the white papers on various sectors and fields. A white paper is an authoritative report or guide helping readers understand an issue, solve a problem, or make a decision.

However, Chandrababu Naidu's white papers appeared to be meant for slinging mud on previous governments. Thus, they turned out to be waste papers but not white papers. Instead of wasting his time, people time, TV channels' time giving lengthy speeches on these white papers, CBN should better concentrate on other much needed issues and problems to be solved.
