Telangana CM KCR daughter MP Kavitha in a recent interview has compared Hyderabad with Kashmir and stated that both Hyderabad and Jammu and Kashmir were forcibly annexed by India. She had taken hard step in an interview created outrage in the political circles. One of the state BJP leaders who complained this to High court got interim orders.

Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been booked under non-bailable sections of IPC. FIR filed against Kavitha U/S 124 A, 153 B, 505 of IPC as the petitioner happened to be BJP local leader has charged that her statements are threat to national integrity.

Few days back Court ordered police department to file a case on Kavitha , Now the same turned in to non bailable case turning situation in to more complex. Kavitha not yet available for any comments.
