Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has made it clear that he will not attend the audio launch of Shankar-Vikram "I", which is set to happen on September 15 in Chennai.
"I" audio launch event is likely to be a great event attended by several film celebrities. Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed he will be present at the audio launch function of the film starring Vikram. It is expected that many film celebrities south including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Mammootty to attend the big event.
There were reports doing the rounds that Mahesh will also be present at the event. But the actor said he can not attend the function due to prior commitments.
"Will not attend the audio launch of the" I "as I will be busy due to prior commitments. Wish the team best of luck," Mahesh told IANS.
The actor also denied rumors of making a film with director Shankar. Recently, Shankar had attended the audio launch of Mahesh's forthcoming film "Aagadu." Since then, there has been a rumor that the actor-director duo is going to do a movie together.
"Shankar was present at the launch of audio of 'Aagadu' (August 30) as a guest of honor. Was no other special reason for their presence.'m Not doing any film with him. As soon as 'Aagadu' sale, 'm busy with my next project, "Mahesh told IANS.
Filming "Aagadu" is wrapped and Mahesh has finished dubbing their portions. The actor is confident about the film and thanked director Srinu Vaitla for giving a new personal record. "Thanks Sreenu garu for giving me a new personal best ..... I love you sir}," the actor tweeted.
"Aagadu" is all set to hit the screens on September 19. Post release of the film, yet untitled film with Mahesh Koratala Siva will go on floors. Shooting of the film is expected to start from October 2 and Shruti Haasan will play the female lead opposite Mahesh.
Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music while Mythri Movies will be producing the project.
