Rachakonda: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has planned to build world-class capital city status in Vijayawada. But Telangana KCR CM has made his mind to develop three cities simultaneously- a city of cinema, city education and sports town in the 32, 000 acres of vast land in Rachakonda near Nalgonda district.
He conducted an aerial inspection of these vacant land on Monday. Of the 32, 000 acres, 16, 000 acres comes under the Nalgonda district and 14, 000 acres under Ranga Reddy district. Again, these lands are divided as forest reserve forest and government land. Authorities have identified about 32, 000 hectares of vacant public land and 20 000 hectares of forest land are available in Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda districts.
KCR CM has noted that much of this land is flat and in ready position for use. He asked the officials to provide all the details of these lands by the end of this month. Once the report is submitted, lands will be delivered to the Tourism Ministry headed by Talasani Srinivas Yadav for further development.
Rachakonda is just 40 kilometers from the capital city of Hyderabad and is very close to the Outer Ring Road. Since, it is close and well connected to Hyderabad would be very easy to develop these three new cities. The business scope in these cities can expect very bright due to its proximity to the capital city of Hyderabad, especially near the Shamshabad International Airport. KCR CM is planning to build a ring road that connects these three new cities.
If materialize, CM KCR plans, then the people of Nalgonda also gain the fruits of development. KCR CM said his government will take all measures to eliminate the problem of fluorosis Nalgonda district, while the development of three new cities.
