Hyderabad: Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao Telangana minister said Friday solve the problems faced by communities of teachers in the state.
Addressing the official teachers' day celebrations Ravindra Bharati here, KCR said to conduct a review meeting inviting all teachers' associations in the state. Said that although teachers' associations are divided into several issues, try to find an amicable solution to their problems. Moreover, said the government would consider appointing teachers to the post of MEO and OED.
KCR will seek the cooperation of teachers in improving education standards Telangana. He said while giving full importance to Telugu language, the government introduced compulsory secondary education English from next academic year. He also praised the role of teachers during the statehood movement.
The Prime Minister also paid tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan rich and recalled his services to the nation.
The best teachers in the state were also congratulated on the occasion.
Deputy Chief Mahmood Ali, Education Minister Jagadish Reddy, Interior Minister Narasimha Reddy Nayani and other leaders were also present on the occasion.
