The State Government constituted a committee of the House to consider disposal of several land allocated to Dalits to resume and return them to the original beneficiaries. The committee investigating abuse of the temple, Waqf, church, assigned, Bhoodan and land ceiling.

In response to a debate on Wednesday calling attention to "Invasion of land allocated in the village of Rampur in Dharmasagar Mandal in Warangal district ', Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao volunteered to form a committee of the house.

It was then Speaker S Madhusudhanachary announced that the committee would be constituted and the terms of reference (TOR) decided based on the discussion. The Chief Minister wanted the speaker to set a time-bound program for the House Committee also set a deadline for the government to take action against the invaders.

The Prime Minister said that the report of the House Committee to be presented at the next meeting of the Budget, to be held in February and the debate on the report of the House Committee.

Congressman SA Sampath Kumar said the government was using dalits to target an individual. He, however, demanded action against land grabbers. Opposition leader K Jana Reddy said the Congress government then made a mistake, acquired land and assigned to some people. The current government should rectify that error.

The CM said the government did not intend to target anyone, but was trying to protect the land allocated to Dalits and other weaker sections.

Rao assured the House that they convene a meeting with Muslim religious leaders in Wakf land invasion. The CM informed the House that the government has specific than about 1.9 lakh acres land allocated to the weaker sections have been invaded information.
