Chandigarh: The new state government would work as a team to ensure the welfare of the people said Haryana chief Manohar Lal Khattar minister Wednesday.
"The new state government would work as a team," he said, adding, people of the state have high hopes of his government and efforts to secure their well-being will be.
Earlier, Khattar formally installed four ministers who took charge of their respective offices in their presence in the Haryana Civil Secretariat here.

Khattar visited the office of Education and Transport Minister Ram Bilas Sharma, Agriculture and Development and Panchayats Minister Om Prakash Dhankar, Public Works and Highways (Construction) and Minister for Public Health Engineering Narbir Rao Singh and Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu and remained there while this assumed the charge of their respective departments.
The Chief Minister congratulated the ministers and offered sweets, said an official spokesman.
Khattar, who was sworn in on Sunday in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among others, had assigned the portfolios of nine ministers.
