Ranchi: The Election Commission has made ​​a minor notice rescheduling the first phase polls November 25 the Assembly on Tuesday instead of October 29, as previously decided, said the elections office. 

The change was made due to a holiday to mark the Chhath festival. 

There will be no change in the rest of the schedule for elections in five phases for 81 seats, said. 

November 5th is the deadline for nominations for the first phase while the November 7th is the date for scrutiny and November 10, the last date for withdrawal. 

The four phases of rest will be held on December 2, 9, 14 and 20. Counting is scheduled on December 23.
