Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam personally go to Bangalore to welcome former chief minister J Jayalalithaa out of jail, after the Supreme Court granted him bail in the case of disproportionate assets on Friday. 

The SC has also suspended his sentence. This was the last chance for Jayalalithaa to obtain bail before Diwali as the apex court will go on leave for a week from Friday.
