"We need a consultant, which in turn draw up the terms of reference for other professional to prepare the detailed project report consultancy," said an expert who is helping the government of AP on issues of urban planning. The concept of smart cities are delegated to the lines of the city of Gujarat International Financial Technology (GIFT) and the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) conducted by the respective governments.
