The Sangareddy court has issued a non-bailable against Jaggareddy which is a BJP candidate for the by-election from Medak. The court issued the notification regarding his absence from the court in the case of the attack on the TRS party workers. 

Several cases in him because of his attack on a person in Sadashiva pets, assault TRS activists and speeches in instigating Siddipet. Now it is almost came to a standstill as Jaggareddy as he fixed his hopes for elections in Medak.
