Union Minister for Civil Aviation P ashok gajapathi raju on Saturday welcomed the proposed talks between Chief Ministers N Chandrababu and K Chandrasekhar Rao on bilateral issues between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Speaking to media persons after calling on Chandrababu Naidu at latter's camp office at Lake View Guest House, Gajapathi Raju said that both the States should find amicable solution to the contentious issues as it would benefit the Telugu speaking population of both the States. He said it was Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh who advised both the Chief Ministers to sit, discuss and resolve the issues between the two States. He said all steps should be taken to ensure that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana maintain cordial relationship.
