'Lingaa' contains a collection of nearly 150 crore rupees and Rs 78.5 per share at the end of the 17 days run at the box office. This starring Rajinikanth has been sold for high prices worldwide. The theatrical movie business is around Rs 140 million rupees. Thus, the loss estimates could be anywhere around 35 to 40 percent.
Even to the point of balance, 'Lingaa' have to collect a gross of Rs 250 crore. Producer Rockline Venkatesh made huge profits 'Lingaa' but was Distributors and exhibitors incurred huge losses.
