Actor Vishnu Manchu Rural Health Scheme announced Dr.Mohan Babu in Tirupati region. To begin with teams of students Vidyanikethan Sree Educational Trust CSR team 'Green Army' have started the scheme in 5 villages of the region.

Soon all the peoples of Chandragiri Mandal will be covered and this will be an annual routine hereafter. The objective of this Plan Rural Health is to reduce child mortality, burden of disease in all ages and to improve maternal health. The village adoption scheme will also improve access to health services is limited in these backward regions.

Under this rural scheme, the villagers will have taken the medical benefit as various medical tests and medicines worth 4-5 lakh per individual for free. The main intent of the plan is to give access to thousands of villagers in basic primary medical benefits. An important aspect of the service is to record the medical diagnosis and treatment history of beneficiaries who will help doctors provide better care in the future too. So the data of thousands of villagers are stored and can be retrieved by them whenever they wish and every year can compare health statistics.
