The special court trying the case of accounting fraud rupee several crores in the former Satyam Computer Services Limited (SCSL) on Monday gave the quantum of sentence to B Ramalinga Raju, the first defendant, his brother Ramaraju and Ram Mynampati.

The special court punishment pronounced in six cases of economic crimes. In five cases, both Ramalingaraju and borhter Ramaraju have been fined Rs 10 lakhs each for cash.

The two also were awarded imprisonment of six months to each of the four cases.

Regarding the M Ram, the court ordered him to pay a fine of Rs 10 lakh each in three cases.
