Hyderabad: Students taking admissions in engineering colleges disqualified 174 are now making the rounds of government offices, the managements refuse to refund fees of students and to return their certificates. 

The management quota seats for students Many of the 174 engineering colleges had "sold", but later visa of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad refused before the start of the EAMCET counseling. 

It is an open secret that many colleges sell seats in management quota at high prices to students before actually being notified by the government for admissions. Later to be disqualified by the JNTU, schools were prohibited from admitting students through EAMCET counseling or management quota route in their schools. 

However, after the High Court asked the JNTU Hyderabad to give approvals colleges, the university has not yet fulfilled. Students who had taken admissions in these colleges have obtained seats in other schools. "I had paid Rs 1 lakh to the university counseling before, but then I found out that he was not given the approval of the JNTU. I do not want to study there, but they are not giving my money I have to pay the fee college where I got the admission, "said a student on condition of anonymity. 

The government is receiving similar complaints from many students. Universities had anticipated that they would be included in the second phase of EAMCET counseling but the judgment of the Supreme Court came as a shock. 

Prof. T. Papi Reddy, President, Council for Higher Education of the State of Telangana, told this newspaper.. "We are receiving complaints I think it's a mistake to hold rate or certificates after the recent Supreme Court Before they thought they were going to be included in the second phase counseling. "
