NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs a program nationwide 'Passport Seva Camp' October 18 will begin, with the goal of providing services to people located far from Passport Seva Kendra (PSKs).
Currently citizens have the opportunity to apply online for passports, make the payment and make an appointment for a personal visit to the concerned PSK give photographs and biometrics in relation to passport applications. "The modality for accepting passport applications in the camps would be the same as in the PSKs," said the press release.

Camps are planned in places including Agra, Allahabad, Cuddalore, Daman, Indore, Jamshedpur, Karwar, Karimnagar, Lakshadweep, and Warangal Siliguri for the month of October. "Based on the feedback, the Foreign Ministry intends to maintain this kind of regular camps around the country in the coming months," the statement said.
