YSR Congress slammed AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for setting up 'hundi' at Secretariat with an intention accept donations for building a capital. They allege Naidu has degraded Seemandhrites self respect by resorting to such a move.

YSR Congress leader Ambati Rambabu questioned how could the Chief Minister set up a hundi when Endowments Department alone could accept 'donations' from people. He accused this move would send wrong signals as most of the ones who visit secretariat are those he wishes to receive favors from government not the common people
