Venkatesh said that the property 8-2-293 / 82 / F / D / 3, which is in the movie Nagar, Phase 1, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, rightfully belongs to him and that was leased to United Munna Hospitality which is represented by its Director, P. Pramod Kumar from September 2014.

The press release by actor means that the notice was issued to their tenants by GHMC date 18/11/2014. He said tenants were given 10 days time to apply for permits from the GHMC of amendments on the premises.
