Chandra Babu Naidu is trying to do justice to all the parts of the Andhra Pradesh. He is trying to grow both Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema with the same formula. As Rayalaseema is poor in education, government came up with a proposal of establishing NIT in that area.

At present, Anantapur is having JNTU Engineering College and the committee under the guidance of Mr.Narayana stated that an NIT will be established in Anantapur to increase the standards further. On the other hand, an IIT and an IIM are expected to enter Andhra Pradesh soon.

These may get lands in Coastal Andhra. Hence, it will be an IIT to Coastal Andhra and an NIT to Rayalaseema. Chandra Babu Naidu may push few more projects to Rayalaseema to cover up the capital loss. Medical colleges are expected to be established in Rayalaseema.
