MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav resignation as deputy Tuesday morning. Sources say Talasani has taken this decision to avoid legal problems. Talasani is all set to become a cabinet minister in the government TRS.

Talasani won the last elections contesting the ticket TDP Sanath Nagar in 2014. He later resigned from the party and joined TRS leaders. Yesterday CM KCR decided induce Talasani in his cabinet.

At the sametime TDP complaint Speaker to take action against Talasani Srinivas Yadav (Sanath Nagar), Teegala Krishna Reddy (Maheswaram), Dharma Reddy Challa (Parakala) by going against the party whip. Speaker Madhusudhanachary the complaint is served notices to the previous three. Reacting to events Talasani decided to tender resignation as deputy.
