MP Gutha Sukendar Reddy stated that the TDP leaders are still thinking on how to implement all the promises made by Telugu Desam Party chief and Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu. That is why he is not in a state to allot the branches to the Ministers, the ruling officers are not at their best and because of this he is talking about releasing white papers Gutha said. HE said that Chandra Babu is facing starting problems and that is seen from his actions. Another Congress MP stated that the white papers is just a hoax to mislead people.
