Telangana Minister of Information Technology KT Rama Rao visited and interacted with Smart City investors in Dubai on Sunday inviting investments in Telangana State.
The integrated accompanied by the Special Chief Secretary (Industries) Pradeep K. Chandra, CEO of Telangana State Society of Industrial Infrastructures (TSIIC) Jayesh Ranjan, who is also the Commissioner of Industries, and representatives of the Federation of Chambers of delegation Minister trade and Industry (FICCI) interacted with General Director of Smart City Abdul Latif Al-Mulla and managing director of Baju George.
Prospects government Telangana developing an intelligent city in Hyderabad in partnership with Smart City Dubai as part of the Information Technology and draft Investment Region (ITIR) were discussed at the meeting. Showing interest in the offer, Mr. Mulla decided to visit Hyderabad next week to monitor the discussion.

In India, the Government of Kerala has partnered with Smart City Dubai for the development of a model similar spread over 250 acres in Kochi. Smart City Dubai is investing Rs. 4,000 crore in the next eight years in Kochi.
Later, investors get together was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dubai by FICCI, attended by more than 100 investors, the minister and team officials. Telangana officials explain the main features of the new industrial policy unveiled recently, highlighting the benefits of the availability of abundant land, fast track clearances, additional incentives and others.
Several investors asked about investment prospects in Telangana, especially in textiles, food processing, mineral-based industries, biotechnology, engineering and infrastructure development in industrial and municipal parks.
The investors meet was organized in collaboration with the Indian Council for Business and Professionals (CABG), Dubai, and the Consulate of India in Dubai.
President of IBPC Paras Shahdadpuri and Consul (Trade) at the Consulate of India Anitha Nandhini were among others present.
