Hyderabad: Three young men were killed and one person was seriously injured when a dump truck crashed into two bicycles GHMC near Neredmet Ramakrishnapuram overpass on Wednesday morning.

Two of the victims died on the spot while one was declared "brought dead" at a hospital in the company.

The victims were identified as Pranay, 19, graduate student Filmnagar, A. Ajay, 25, a bricklayer and J. Venkatesh, 18, a laborer. Ajay Venkatesh and lived in the Old Colony Pulapally Balaiah Safilguda, Neredmet.

Neredmet Police said the accident occu-RRed around 9 am when Pranay and Ramu were traveling on a motorcycle Trimulgherry to Neredmet. "The truck slammed into his motorcycle from behind, causing a drop cyclist on the road. The truck then ran over Pranay and hit another bike, coming from the opposite side. A case has been booked against the driver.
