Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu AP has devised a good plan to provide government subsidies for eligible families to do a split and issuance of ration cards based on their annual income. 

Apparently the government is about to start an economic study and draw state banks to issue new ration cards. 

According to the government survey reported after emit five ration cards colors that mark the divisions in annual revenue. White ration cards will be issued to those below Rs 1 lakh annual income, yellow cards for below Rs 2 lakh, Blue Card for those earning Rs 3 lakh annual income, 4 lakh green cards and color cards pink is issued to those who earn above 4000 rupees.
