New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today took his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, a series of raids on the border without bluntly stressed the need for resolving the dispute quickly and clarify the Line of Actual Control (LAC). 

"Respect for the sensitivities and concerns of each and peace and stability in our relationships and along our borders are essential," said PM Modi, told reporters after a meeting with President Xi Delhi Hyderabad House.

The two leaders met amid an unprecedented confrontation at the border after 1,000 Chinese soldiers crossed into Indian territory in Ladakh Chumar in the worst of such transgressions in years.
