Leader of the opposition in Telangana D Srinivas Friday Legislative Council opposed refer to K Chandrashekar Rao by Interior Minister Narasimha Reddy Nayani as "Ma CM" (our CM). "During the debate on the terrorist activities in the Council on question Time, the Home Minster KCR often referred to as "Ma CM Garu." Opposing this, Narasimha Reddy Srinivas advised KCR call as "Mana CM" and not "Ma CM".

He said the chief minister can not be limited to a single party, but represents everyone in the state and, therefore, KCR should be referred to as "Mana CM". Making another intervention, Srinivas asked the Minister of Interior, not the incidents of Congress or Government TRS. "Democracy is an ongoing process. You are now in government. Therefore, Narasimha Reddy should be started realizing he is the minister of the interior, and there is no other government in the State other than the one being addressed TRS "he said.
