Hyderabad: The following are the allocations made by the Minister of Finanace Telangana Eetela Budhet Rajendar in 2014-15. The following are the highlights of the Budget 2014-15. 

Government discusses issue of regularization of contract employees. 

Rs. 1,000 crore housing scheme for weaker section comprising two bed room flats. 

Fund Development Program District increased from Rs. Rs 1 million to Rs. 1.5 million rupees. Rs. Rs 234 million allocated for this purpose 

Rs. Rs 90 million for the sports stadium and upgrading of sports facilities throughout the state. 

Rs. Rs 100 million for Godavari pushkaralu. 

Rs. 11 million rupees for Samskrutika Sarangi to spread awareness about government programs through cultural artists. 

Tourism and culture to create momentum. Telangana Kala Bhavan to arrive on 11 acres near Hyderabad India Park. Telangana Kala Bhavan and cultural center in Warangal kaloji get Rs. 15 crore allocation. 

Rs. 1,000 crore investment in TSGENCO under the state plan. 

Rs. Rs 3.241 million allocated to the energy sector, which includes Rs. 3,000 crore in subsidy. 

Corpus Fund of Rs. 300 million rupees for the scheme Herita Haram to raise Rs 230 million trees in the next four years. Forest University achieves 10 million rupees. 

Journalists in Telanagana to get a health card. Rs. 10 million rupees allocated for the construction of Journalist Bhavan. 

Telangana Government signs MOU with Chattaisgarh to supply 1,000 MW 

NTPC set at 4000 MW Ramagundam plant 

BHEL set up power plants with a capacity of 6,000 MW. 

20,000 MW to be added in the next 5 years. 

TSRTC gets Rs 400 million to recruit 1,000 new buses. 

All roads that connect the seat Mandala District headquarters to be converted into two-lane roads at a cost of Rs. 400 million rupees. 

Weavers loom for the resignation of one lakh loan.

Land Bank to be set up in five lakh hectares for the establishment of industries. Telangana industrial infrastructure corporation to bypass the allocation of land. Rs. Rs 100 million allocated to provide facilities on the land. 

Health sector is Rs.2,282 crore. 

Gandhi and Osmania hospitals provided Rs. Rs 100 million each. The maternity hospital in Hyderabad for Rs. 50 million rupees. No outr� and King Koti hospital give Rs. Rs 30 million and Rs. 25 million rupees each. 

Rs. Rs 25 million intended to provide impromptu KG to PG education. Rs. Rs 940 million for the creation of model schools Mandal level. Technical instruction gets Rs. 212 million rupees. IIIT Basara gets Rs. 119 million rupees. 

Rs. Allocated 100 million rupees for a day supply of LPG connections to poor women. 

Rs. Rs 1.317 billion for the payment of pensions to widows and the elderly. Amount enhanced to Rs Guesthouse. 1,000 per month for the elderly and widows under the pension plan Asara. Off to get Rs. 1,500 per month. 

Rs. 1,003 million rupees for women and child welfare schemes. 

Rs. 330 million rupees for Kalyanalaxmi scheme in which a woman newly-obtained weded 51,000. 

Government allocates Rs. Rs 7.579 million and Rs. Rs 4.559 million, respectively, for SC and ST plans sub. Rs. 2.022 million rupees for the welfare of backward classes. Rs. 1,030 crore for minority welfare. 

Tribal Museum and Memorial Gond martyr Kumram Bhima Jodeghat to be established in the district of Adilabad. 

Government plans to make adequate provision for the development of the fisheries sector. 

Rs. 1000 crore intended for distribution of land to landless SC families. 

Tribal Sub Plan rose 9.34 percent to Rs 4.461 billion amount in the budget. Tribals villages to upgrade to gram panchayat. Schemes to be formulated on the lines of ITDAs of tribes living in flats. 

Government committed to provide Rs 50,000 crore for the welfare of SC in the next five years. Department of Social Welfare department renowned as being SC. 

Government allocates 16.30 crore as incentive to give dairy farmers. Rs. 4 per liter incentive for supplying Vijaya Dairy milk to a government-run dairy. 

Govt announces Rs. 20 million rupees to subsidize power to farmers. 1.5 lakh tonnes of maize supplied to farmers at subsidized rates Ra 10 kg. 

Government to give 100 percent subsidy to SC / ST farmers, 90 percent of small and marginal farmers, 80 percent to other projects for the creation of drip irrigation. Rs. Rs 250 million allocated for this purpose. 

State to promote drip irrigation in 1.36 lakh hectares. 

Green Agriculture to be promoted in 1000 acres near Hyderabad in experimentally to grow exotic and off-season vegetables at a price of Rs house. 200 million rupees. Government to extend the 75 percent subsidy for establishing greenhouses. 

Government decides to consolidate the holdings of agricultural land for intensive agricultural prices utile. 

Government proposes to Telanagana as seed bowl of the country.

Rs. Rs 100 million allocated for agricultural mechanization. 

Rs. 20 million rupees to the colonies for crop and soil analysis. 

Rs. Rs 10 million for schools in agricultural field. 

Government to release Rs.480 crore dues to grant entry to the farming community. Rs. 1,150 crore released by producers Red Jowar seeds farmers in Nizamabad. 

Government allocates Rs. 4,250 crore for the scheme of debt waiver for farmers. Loans up to Rs. 1 lakh per family are exempt. 

Date to provide potable piped through a pipeline at a cost of Rs. 25,000 crore, Rs. 2,000 crore allocated this year. 
State drinking water network to be established. 

Government focused on water projects and water, says Mr. Rajendar. Ten percent of water in irrigation projects to be used for drinking water purposes. 

Sagar lift irrigation systems Nettempadu, Kalwakurthy, Bhima, Koil to be completed this year. Total 2,97,550 hectares to be brought under irrigation under these projects. 

With a focus on the revival of tanks and irrigation sources, the budget allocates Rs. 2,000 crore for the restoration of irrigation tanks. 

45,000 irrigation tanks to be restored in five years, of which 9,000 tanks will be restored this year. 

Rs. Alloted Rs 6.5 billion for the development of irrigated areas and commands. 

The comprehensive survey of households is used to improve welfare programs target. 

The first time, a state news has tried to democratize the process of preparing the budget: Finance Minister 

Action plans in the short term, medium and long term for which they were conceived constituted 14 committees working group, Mr Rajender said that explains the budget process. 

The budget is a major departure from the past, both in its approach and content. People suggestions were sought at village and ward before preparing the budget, says Mr. Rajendar. 

Government allocates Rs. 100 million rupees for the welfare of families of martyrs of Telangana.
