It seems ESL.Narasimhan, who is enjoying power as governor of not one, but two states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana knows how to win the hearts of people more. 

He is considered close to Sonia Gandhi and the Congress government during the UPA government as PM Modi and BJP came to power Congress overwhelmingly to defeat many thought Narasimhan be diverted out of power. However, although the new government eliminated many Congress appointed governors, Narasimhan surprisingly saved his job. 

Now it seems that stole the heart of PM Narendra Modi. Many say that one need not be surprised if he gets another term as well. PM Modi surprised everyone by calling Narasimhan and wishing him on his birthday. 

The political analysts say it is a great achievement for a person to become governor under the UPA regime headed by Congress that spit venom at Modi PM and then get birthday wishes from Modi himself. The political leaders say this shows the influence of Narasimhan PM with Modi.
