The new survey of 164 engineering colleges which were allowed by the Supreme Court to participate in the second phase of engineering advice begin Wednesday.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University officials (JNTU) Hyderabad, said he allowed the conditional allocation of seats and the court asked them to complete the inspection of December 31 the participation of experts from IIT and BITS Pilani Hyderabad Hyderabad.

"We will complete inspections before December 15" NV Ramana Rao, Registrar said. At a recent meeting experts and BITS Pilani Hyderabad IIT on the inspection process in view of the orders of the Supreme Court was informed.

Prof. Rao said no faculty member JNTUH would be part of the inspection process.

The teams contain experts from IIT-H BITS Pilani and apart from an expert from universities other than JNTUH depending on the area.

Prof. Rao said that the University has no intention of closing schools as alleged, but the effort was only streamline maintenance facilities interests of students in sight. He said that of the 174 schools that were denied membership in the first phase, 10 schools have closed on their own and inspection is carried in the remaining schools.

The controversy arose when the JNTUH decided not to give membership to 174 schools on the eve of counseling engineering citing lack of necessary facilities and sending the efforts of the university and students in a tizzy.

However, the schools approached the High Court, but did not receive a favorable response and, finally, was the Supreme Court, which directed the JNTUH to carry out the second phase of counseling for schools participating in the process Concierge.

The second phase of counseling is opened only a few thousand candidates that the Apex Court made it clear that those seats were allocated in the first phase can not participate.
