The father Mohan Babu, Manchu Narayana Swamy, who worked as a teacher, died last year. 

Mohan Babu has a building named after Sree Vidyanikethan his father on the occasion of Teacher's Day, which will unveil a statue of Narayana Swamy on September 05 in college. 

Dasari Narayana Rao, Rao K.Raghavendra, 'Padmabhushan' Varaprasad Reddy, Paruchuri Prasad etc attend the opening event. 

Mohan Babu said his father started Vidyanikethan with the intention of providing a quality education for all and so will unveil his statue as his memory.
