YSR Congress Ananthapur District, Rayadurgam MLA Ramachandra Reddy was arrested by Police. His house has been searched and the objects for the free marriages have been taken into custody.

Police has charged him saying he is trying to lure the public into voting for their party. But Ramchandra Reddy accused that the police are harassing the YSR Congress leaders and he tried to commit suicide.

He was sent to the Ballari for treatment. Heavy police force were appointed on the event of the arrest of Ramachandra Reddy. YSR Congress is accusing this as the harassment of police on their party leaders.
