New Delhi: Chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao here on Saturday Telangana Finance Minister requested the Union Arun Jaitely and held discussions on the need for central assistance to the State of Telangana budding minister.
Briefing the media about the details of the meeting between KCR and Arun Jaitely then MP Vinod said the Prime Minister pleaded with the Union Minister granted the status of Special State for Telangana state and central tax concessions. The MP exuded confidence that the Centre definitely give some relief to Telangana state during the presentation of the supplementary budget.
Vinod said the Energy Minister of the Union Piyush Goyal was not available in Delhi, the government representative would meet TRS Venugopalachary Goyal every time he returns to Delhi. Vinod also called Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu how they are generating thousands of megawatts of power in AP, where even a small amount of coal was not available. "Are not the Congress and TDP governments responsible for this type of situation in Telangana," he asked.
