Hyderabad: The Telangana state government is all set to offer Bharat Ratna for former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. The government has decided to send the proposal, recommending the name of Narasimha Rao to Centre soon. The former Prime Minister and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh united and linguist, Narasimha Rao initiated economic reforms and liberalization in the country that opened the doors to foreign companies in all sectors. 

Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao adopted the file recommending the name of Narasimha Rao for the highest civilian award. Sources said that the name of Telangana ideologue Prof. Jayashanker has recommended Padma Vibhushan posthumously by and also Prof. G. Ram Reddy. Narsing Rao G. filmmaker, artist and other named Kapu Rajaiah figure in Sri Padma list. Initially, about 30 persons were considered strange, but then the list is pruned to half by a high-level committee.
